JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 354A, 354B, 341, 323, 324, 504 and 34 of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016. Allegation against co-accused Jalaluddin Siddiqui is of trying to outrage the modesty of the informant and for that a panchayati was also held, in which, the petitioners and others said to have assaulted informant and others and specific allegation against one Tufani Siddiqui and Allaudin Siddiqui. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to them and they are

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bagaha, West Champarna, in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
