2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2) & 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that three persons were apprehended from the bike and it was found that the bike is stolen one.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the said bike is not stolen one rather it was purchased by one Manoj Kumar who is uncle of the petitioner no.1, Prince Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed AnnexureP/2 in support of her statement. Learned counsel for the

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioners and has submitted that the petitioner no.1 is having criminal antecedent of one case and the petitioner nos. 2 & 3 are having clean antecedent.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 385 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
