2. From the counter affidavit and supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University, it transpires that payments have been made under various heads. However, with regard to G.P.F., the stand is that the

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is difference in between what is payable and what has been paid, for which he has represented to the University.

4. Be that as it may, since the admitted dues have been paid, the writ petition stands disposed off. The authorities are directed to pass a reasoned order on the representation filed by the petitioner, if already not done within three weeks from today.

5. Further, Respondent no. 7 shall make payment of G.P.F. amount to the petitioner in terms of the letter of the University dated 11.08.2014, if already not done, along with statutory interest, within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
