The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding robbery having been committed by unknown accused persons and subsequently they are stated to have been arrested.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade so as to connect him with the alleged crime and moreover no incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75562 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 since 27.04.2019. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Criminal Misc. No. 56940 of 2019 on 12.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur at Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019.
