The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 50 liters of 500 ml. Nepali wine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in jail custody since 10.10.2019. He further submits that petitioner has got clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-II-cum-Special
