====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having fired on the informant resulting in him sustaining firearm injury on his left hand.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of private dispute and the fact is that now good sense has prevailed and the matter has been compromised between the petitioner and the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80463 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 custody since 29.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. III, Rosera in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018.
