Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners informs this Court that for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioners have filed several representations before the Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar and no action has been taken by him on those representations of the petitioners.
