Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363, 366A, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after one week of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. The matter is of love affair. The age of the victim has been assessed to be 19 years. From perusal of the statement of the victim made under section 164 Cr. P.C., the story narrated by the victim appears
