Learned counsel for the Election Authority submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, election of Tajpur PACS has been concluded on 01.12.2024 and now the petitioner has a remedy to file an election petition before the Registrar Cooperative Society, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2).

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to the petitioner to file an election petition before the Registrar Cooperative Society, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2).

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
