2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- (i) For the issuance of an appropriate writ to quash the order dated 21.11.2017 in Misc. Case No.5 of 2011 whereby the Learned Collector Sheohar Respondent No.3 has not properly complied the order dated 28.3.2012 of this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 8927 of 2011.
(ii) For the issuance of an appropriate order/direction to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.8914 of 2018 dt.03-01-2025 2/3 respondents not to disposes the petitioner from the disputed land.
(iii) For the issuance of an appropriate writ to decide the right of the petitioner over the disputed land.
(iv) For the issuance of an appropriate writ/direction as your lordships may deem fit and proper for the ends of Justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of khatiyan as contained in Anneuxre-12 the land appertaining to New Survey Plot No. 286 measuring an area of 1.71 acre stands in the name of father of the petitioner. The order dated 21.11.2017 passed by the DM, Sheohar clearly indicates that over the part of the land in question (7 decimal out of 1 acre 71 decimal) crematorium was under construction and the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order passed by the concerned DM.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that if petitioner represents fresh grievance with regard to the land in question as mentioned in supplementary affidavit submitted by the petitioner, then, the concerned authority will look into the matter.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with
Patna High Court CWJC No.8914 of 2018 dt.03-01-2025 3/3 liberty to the petitioner to represents his grievance afresh, which has been raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition including the supplementary affidavit, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If petitioner represents his grievance within the stipulated period, the concerned authority is directed to consider and dispose of the grievance of the petitioner after giving him due opportunity, expeditiously, within a period of six months.
