2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has died during pendency of the writ petition, but even after repeated efforts, he is not in a position to consult her heirs and legal representatives and in this regard, adjournment has also been taken place on many occasions.

3. In this view of the matter, this Court has no option, but to dismiss this application, granting liberty to the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased petitioner that they may file substitution and revive the present writ petition as and when, occasion shall arise for them.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ application stands dismissed.
