2. The present application has been preferred: for initiating a contempt proceeding against the respondents concerned for willingly disobedience for the order passed by this Court on 19.06.2024 in CWJC No. 2986 of 2024.

3. Learned State Counsel has taken this Court to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 and 4 according to which, the Circle Officer, Singhwara has closed the proceeding after measurement.
