2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S.Case No. 339 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is an order giver. He is in custody since 22.08.2023 and he has got two criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Shubham Kumar and Binu Kumar@ Ritik Roshan have already been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 78540 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No.6452 of 2024.

4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
