The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Islampur P.S. Case No. 424 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 447, 506, 354 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is direct allegation of abusing and assaulting informant's side as well as outraging the modesty of informant's wife and as such, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.
