2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2025 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 329(4), 74, 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The petitioners are said to have fired which did not hit the informant. Thereafter, they are said to have assaulted the informant but no injury report has been mentioned. There is a counter case also. Earlier also, the parties had fought and a compromise petition was filed.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82653 of 2025(6) dt.13-03-2026 2/2 allowed.
5. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur/ concerned Court in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
