2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the daughter of the informant was married to the co-accused Pintu Kumar six month prior to lodging of this case. The accused persons tortured the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand. On 23.10.2021, the daughter of the informant was killed by the accused persons by administering poison.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is not the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.750 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 family member of the husband of the deceased. He is a far relative of the husband of the deceased. He has further submitted that the family members of the husband have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench in Cr. Misc. No. 20695 of 2022 and the case of the petitioner is on better footing. He has further submitted that the husband of the deceased is still under custody.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
