KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Office has pointed out that petitioner may be directed to file certified copy of anticipatory bail rejection order from the court of Additional Sessions Judge as per provision of law and as per prayer portion, but from the impugned order it appears that the petitioner was granted provisional bail by the court of learned 4th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nalanda, Biharsharif with certain conditions that if the complainant does not make any further grievance against the petitioner, his provisional bail will be confirmed and as such the present petition against impugned order is not maintainable. It is submitted that petitioner was ready to keep the complainant-opposite party with him but she is not willing to live with the petitioner as such he is not in a position to honour the undertaking given before the 4th Additional District &
