The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 dated 04.03.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR but appears to have been remanded from another case. He is also said to have given his confession.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of the tainted background of the petitioner, he has been remanded in the subject FIR but without any specific allegation against him. No recovery has been shown from the possession of the petitioner nor has he been put on test identification parade. In the two other

Regard being had to the aforestated facts and the period of custody in this case which is from 05.08.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -X, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019.
