Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihpur P.S.Case No.253 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, mobile of the informant was lost and inquired about the same. It is stated that the petitioner and other accused persons abused him and there is specific allegation against the petitioner of assaulting on the head of one Kripal Muni by Chhura and again even by lathi blow on the head of the informant, Manju Devi, causing injury to her. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case and the injuries are simple

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur P.S.Case No.253 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
