2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/427/447/ 354B/ 504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There are general and omnibus allegations levelled against her. She claims to have clean antecedent.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is a women, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-4, East Champaran, in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
