2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366A, 511, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of taking away the victim girl.

4. The statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. supports the allegations levelled against the petitioner. The Petitioner is in jail since 30.09.2023. The petitioner has two criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed for the
