The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 325 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner stabbing the informant when he had gone to purchase cattle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 16.12.2017. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by whatever terms which may be imposed by the learned trial court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26102 of 2018 (3) dt.28-05-2018 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 325 of 2017.

It is further directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial court on each and every date fixed and on his failure to appear before the learned trial court on two consecutive dates, the privilege of regular bail granted to the petitioner would stand withdrawn, the bail bond of the petitioner would be cancelled and he would be taken into custody forthwith..
