2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Vide order dated 24.01.2025, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned District & Sessions Judge-II, Samastipur dated 13.02.2025 is kept at flag 'R', whereby it is submitted that in this case (Session Trial No. 758 of 2023), out of seven prosecution witnesses, 05 witnesses have already been examined. It is further submitted that the trial of this case will likely to be concluded within 6 months from today.

4. Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.

6. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) divyanshi/- U T
