The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Daraunda P.S.Case No. 118 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 354, 307 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted with sword to one Md. Maulvi and the injury report also corroborates the allegation made in the FIR as Md. Maulvi has sustained grievous injury caused by sharp, hard and blunt substance, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
