2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 264 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge I, Begusarai.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
