2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 07 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308, 379, 143, 149, 447, 504, 341, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is error on the record in the impugned order in which the learned Sessions Judge, Supaul has mentioned the injury on the person of Anuj Kumar as grievous in nature but it is simple in nature. The xerox copy of the injury report shows that it is simple in nature.

4. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below within two weeks and seeks regular bail, the court below will verify the injury report and dispose of the same on the basis of submission of
