Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Asaon P.S. Case No.111 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused, Rajesh Yadav except this nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74985 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Asaon P.S. Case No.111 of 2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Siwan, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
