JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, faced with the issue of delay and laches, with liberty to approach the departmental authorities for grant of appropriate reliefs as well for redressal of this grievance.
