This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Singhia P.S. Case No.237 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have parked two stolen vehicles, one in a garage and the other in his house. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84006 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur, in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No.237 of 2022. 7.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Singhia Police Station, District- Samastipur on first and third Sunday of every month.
