2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 534 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second time for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner was rejected on merit by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53532 of 2024 vide order dated 02.08.2024 and there is no fresh any ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
