Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.5286 of 2019(6) dt.27-01-2022 2/2 withdrawn.
However, appellants are directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, considering that the appellants were granted the privilege of section 41(1) Cr.P.C.
