2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 591 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, the accused petitioners and others having armed with weapons came at the house of informant and started abusing her and her husband. The further allegation is that the accused persons threatened her of dire consequences, if not agree to marry informant's son. Firing is also said to have

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against them to assault any body. The specific allegation is of coaccused Munna Devan and Shamim Devan. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and they are the persons of clean antecedent.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatti, Gaya in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 591 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.
