1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 329(3), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 303(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and the informant alleges that on account of dispute, the accused persons including the petitioners came on 01.06.2025 at 06:00 PM and assaulted his wife by lathi and danda and when his daughter came to save his wife, the accused assaulted her also causing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80535 of 2025(2) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 injury on head and the injured is being treated at PHC and the accused also took away Rs. 50,000 and chain of his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are women, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
