The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 for removing respondent No.6 from the premises of the petitioner, which is illegally occupying by respondent No.6, on the basis of false report submitted by Karmchari and on the false report without making any verification order passed by the Anchal Adhikari. On the face of it, it appears that Ramdev Asharfi Intermediate College, Shambhuganj is running in its premises.
Patna High Court CWJC No.25676 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 The respondent No.6 also got affiliation giving information that Ramdev Asharfi Intermediate College has got the land and the same college is also running in the same premises. There appears that the dispute is between two managing committees and this court cannot direct one of the managing committees to vacate the disputed premises in the writ jurisdiction on basis of disputed and contradictory facts. In this view of the fact, I find no merit in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U
