The petitioner is accused in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2019, registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Anjum Khatoon, daughter of the informant, Momina Begam, aged about 15 years, all of sudden left her parental house on 25.07.2019. While informant tried to trace her daughter but no trace was found. In course of search, informant came to know that Mahendra Ram, Dhiraj Ram, Siya Devi (petitioner) and Niraj Ram had kidnapped her daughter for the purpose of marriage with Dhiraj Ram. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

No.74140 of 2019(3) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 fact, from the date of occurrence, daughter of the informant left her parental house and Dhiraj Ram, son of the petitioner, also left the village due to that reason, petitioner and his entire family have been implicated in the present case mere on suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner, who is lady, has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.07.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Nanpur P.S.
