2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamui P.S.Case No. 365 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363,366(A),120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner and his family members are said to have kidnapped 12 years victim girl. The victim was recovered as Kiul Railway Station along with the petitioner.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim girl had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2023, having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is
