In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.378 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, section 25(1-b)a, 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act was also added.

Allegation has been made that accused persons have committed robbery on the gun point. From various paragraphs of the case diary, it appears that stolen mobile has been recovered from co-accused, Rajan Kumar, who in his confessional statement, has taken the name of this petitioner as his associate. The petitioner is in jail since 25.07.2019.
