2. The Court was not inclined to restore C.W.J.C. No. 24145 of 2018 on the ground that petitioner has remedy of appeal against the order impugned in the present writ application but then it has been submitted on behalf of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that earlier in the case learned Advocate Mr. Ravindra Kumar Sinha was appearing who, on account of illness, was not coming to the Court and subsequently he died in the month of October, 2022.
