2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Begusarai Complaint Case No. 402(c) of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 420, 494, 495, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons hiding the first marriage of the petitioner, got solemnized marriage of the petitioner with the son of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is daughter-in-law of the complainant. As a matter

No.376 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 of fact, her marriage was solemnized with son of the complainant but, thereafter, they started torturing the petitioner and she filed a case under Section 498A and allied Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against the complainant and other family members. The husband of the petitioner has filed a divorce case also. Due to vendetta, for the purpose of saving her skin from the case filed by the petitioner, the complainant has lodged the present complaint case.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Complaint Case No. 402(c) of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
