2. The appellants apprehend their arrest in Complaint
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.5429 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 Case No. 48 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(r), 3(i)(s) of the SC/ST Act.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the appellants surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
