2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the office order No.103 dated 13.03.2018 as contained in Memo No.622 dated 13.03.2018 and further to restrain the respondents for making

Patna High Court CWJC No.9403 of 2018(5) dt.27-02-2025 2/2 any recovery from the petitioner on account of office order No.103 dated 13.03.2018 as contained in Memo No.622 dated 13.03.2018.

3. Learned Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the order impugned is appealable before the Secretary, Planning and Development Department, Government of Bihar.

4. In this background, this Court hereby disposed off the present writ petition directing the petitioner to avail his remedy before the Appellate Authority within 30 days from today, raising all the points which he has raised in the writ petition and the Appellate Authority is hereby directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order within 60 days from the date of receiving of the memo of appeal along with the order passed by this Court.

5. Delay, if any, in filing the appeal, is hereby directed to be condoned.

6. With the aforesaid directions and observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
