2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorashan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/120(B)/ 307/326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of firing at the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim himself is a veteran criminal. He is accused in seven more cases. He was shot at by someone else, but taking advantage, he has falsely implicated the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 08.09.2023.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail to be released after framing of charge if charge not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Ghorashan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2020.
