2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj Rail P.S.Case No. 13 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased. It is alleged that the petitioner has killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased has committed suicide and in support of his submission, he has drawn the attention of this Court to the post mortem report. All the witnesses have already been examined except the I.O and the Doctor of the case. Further the trail is at

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. If the trial of the petitioner is delayed on account of prosecution side, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
