The petitioner has been in custody since 15.05.2019 in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 183/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but from the vehicle and the petitioner was arrested on the spot only on suspicion.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
