This modification petition is filed for correcting the address of petitioner No.2 in the order dated 16.09.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.2 is posted as Prakhand Teacher in Middle School, Kauriya Raipur, Block-Nanpur, District-Sitamarhi but due to inadvertence, Prakhand Teacher in Middle School Kautiya Raipur, Block-Runisaidpur has been typed in the writ petition and accordingly, the same mistake has been crept in the order. Having considered the facts, prayer is allowed to that extent. The Block and School name of the petitioner stands modified. The modification petition is allowed to that extent.
