2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University and the State. In the affidavit of the University, the stand taken is that all admitted dues have been paid, except for Rs. 14,940/- with regard to salary arrear on minimum pay point and the remaining 131 days of Earned Leave.

3. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. On a specific query of the Court to learned counsel for the University as to within what period the remaining dues shall be paid, he submitted that the same would be done within two weeks.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the University authorities to ensure that the remaining payment of arrears of salary and Earned Leave as also the D.D.A., if already not paid, be paid latest within three weeks from today.

6. As the order has been passed on the stand taken by learned counsel for the University itself, any non-compliance shall result in serious consequences for the concerned. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR U
