2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2) and 3(5) of the BNS Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation against co-accused Avinash Kumar @ Avinash Kumar Sinha is that he assaulted the informant on his head with butt of the pistol. The specific allegation against this petitioner is that he assaulted the informant on his right hand with iron rod.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on similar footing, co-accused Avinash Kumar @ Avinash Kumar Sinha has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 41251 of 2025. As a matter of fact, co-accused Avinash Kumar was running coaching classes, in which, Sanjeev Kumar was taking class and his
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88750 of 2024(8) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 behavior towards the girl students was indecent, due to which, Sanjeev Kumar was ousted from the coaching class and it is the reason for false implication of the petitioner and his brother Avinash Kumar in the present case.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
