2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Informant believes that his daughter-in-law (Rakhi Kumari) with the help of some goons got killed his wife Reshmi Devi @ Fulwanti Devi.

4. Petitioner is not named. Name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation only on the material that he was in touch with co-accused Rakhi Kumari through mobile phone. There is no other material to the effect that this petitioner participated in the commission of alleged offence. Petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024.
