The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No.66 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has become a victim of police highhandedness. Though, nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession, the police framed him in the case alleging that a live cartridge was recovered from his possession. Considering the allegation of recovery of only one live cartridge and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2019, his application for grant of bail is allowed. The
