JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 16.12.2017, seeks bail in Agiaon Bazar PS Case No. 56 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the IPC.

Submission is that it is a cased of elopement, the girl has not stated about any sexual assault against the petitioner and the girl is major as per medical report 19 years of age.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Saroj Kumar @ Munna is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM VIII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agiaon Bazar PS Case No. 56 of 2017.
